    Candy ~ I hope this fits the bill! Use what you like for the veggies(amount/types) and cheese, but this gives you the general idea.

    List of Ingredients




    2 packages cresent rolls
    3/4 cup Miracle Whip
    1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix (Hidden Valley)
    1 8-ounce package cream cheese - softened
    3/4 cup carrots - grated
    3/4 cup mushroom - fresh, chopped
    3/4 cup cauliflower - chopped
    3/4 cup tomato - seeded, diced (place on paper towel after cutting)
    1/2 cup red bell pepper - and/or green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup green onion - sliced
    3/4 cup broccoli - chopped
    3/4 cup colby-monterey jack cheese - shredded or grated

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll the cresent rolls and cover the bottom of a jelly roll pan; pat together. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, Miracle Whip, and dry dressing - if too thick for spreading, add a small amount of milk. Spread over cooled rolls. Sprinkle veggies (any or all listed) then cover with the cheese last. Gently press down. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill for 1 - 2 hours, cut into bars. Serve cold.
