Root Beer Sweet Potato Sauce

List of Ingredients

1 quart root beer
1 cup bourbon
1oz lemon juice
6oz water
3oz cornstarch
2oz butter
Pinch of ground cloves



Recipe

Mix cornstarch with water, set aside . Bring all other ingredients to a boil in a pot. Add cornstarch mixture. Sauce is now ready to be poured on sweet potatoes. Slice fresh potatoes in ½” circles, bake at 350 degrees until soft. Remove from oven; pour glaze over and they are ready.
