•375g / 3 Cups all-purpose flour
•200g / 1 Cup caster sugar
•230g / 1 cup cold unsalted butter, cut in pieces
•½ tsp salt
•4 large egg yolks
•1 tsp vanilla extract

•Place flour, sugar, butter, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until mixture is the texture of course meal.
•In a small bowl, lightly beat egg yolks and vanilla. With the motor running, add to the food processor. Process just until dough forms.
•Roll out into a sausage shape. Cover in food wrap and freeze until required.
•Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
