2 c AP flour
1 Tbs. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c heavy cream
Recipe
Oven set at 425
Cut 1/2" thick and brush with additional cream if desired.
Bake in middle of the oven 12-15 minutes.
I personally never cut round biscuits. I pat dough into a rectangle and then cut square biscuits - no rerolling or extra working of the dough that way.
