250g unsalted butter, softened
2tbsn milk
85g icing sugar
4tspn ground cinnamon
1tspn ground nutmegRecipe
Put all ingridents into a bowl and beat until pale and creamy.
Transfer into a lidded container and store in fridge. Or spoon piece into cling film, roll into a log and chill in freezer.
Keeps for 2 weeks in fridge
Makes 300g
