    Honey Butter

    List of Ingredients




    250g unsalted butter
    Grated zest of 1 lemon
    6tbsn thick clover honey

    Recipe



    Put butter and zest in a food processor and blend until smooth. With the morot running, add the honey and blend until pale.
    Put into a container and store for up to 2 weeks in fridge.
    It will set as it chills.

    Makes 300g
