    List of Ingredients




    125g butter, chopped
    2tsp vanilla essence
    150g brown sugar
    2 eggs
    15g self raising flour
    30g custard powder
    3tsp instant coffee powder
    125ml milk

    Recipe



    Grease a baba tin
    Mix all ingridents in a bowl until smooth.
    Put into tin and bake for 40 mons in a moderate oven (175c).
    Stand for a few mins before turning onto a wire rack.
    Top with coffee butter icing and flaked almonds.
