List of Ingredients
185g butter
150g soft brown sugar
2 eggs
80ml syrup
225g self raising flour
75g plain flour
180ml milk
Recipe
Grease 21cm baba cake tin.
Combine all ingridents into a bowl and mix until smooth.
Spread into tin and bake for 45 mins in a moderate oven (175c).
Stand for a few mins before turning onto a wire rack.
Top with chocolate glace icing and chopped almonds if desired.
