Maple Syrup Cake

List of Ingredients




185g butter, chopped
150g brown sugar
80ml maple syrup
2 eggs
225g self raising flour
75g plain flour
125ml milk

Recipe



Grease a baba tin.
Combine all ingridents in a bowl until smooth
Put in tin and bake for 45 mins in a moderate oven (175c).
Stand for 5 mins before turning onto a wire rack.
Top with maple syrup glace icing.
