Vanilla Sand Cake

List of Ingredients

185g butter, chopped
165g caster sugar
75g self raising flour
50g arrowroot
50g rice flour
3 eggs
1tsp vanilla essence


Recipe

Coat a 21cm baba cake tin with non stick spray.
Combine all ingridents in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Spread into tin and bake for 45 mins in a moderate oven (175c).
Turn onto a wire rack to cool.
Dust with icing sugar is desired.
