1lb icing Sugar
2oz melted butter
2 tsbn warm milk
1tspn peppermint essence

Coffee creams

As above but use 4 level tspn of instant coffee and mix into warm milk – omit peppermint essence.

Mix altogether and roll out, cut into festive shapes.

If mixture will not roll out (too sticky), put into fridge for a couple of hours to allow mixture to harden.
