List of Ingredients
1 lb. sharp cheddar, grated (about 2 C)
2 sticks butter
2 C flour
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 C Rice KrispiesRecipe
Let cheese and butter come to room temp.
Using a mixer fitted with dough hooks, combine cheese and butter and add flour, 1/2 C at a time.
Add cayenne pepper.
Blend in Rice Krispies.
Form into small balls and place on cookies sheet.
Flatten with a fork.
Bake at 320 for about 10 min.
Only let them begin to brown on the bottom.
Cool on wax paper and store in an air tight container. These freeze well.
