300ml (1/2 pint) Somerfield Pure Apple Juice
200g tub Somerfield Cheese Spread
10ml (2tsp) Cornflour mixed to a smooth cream with 10ml (2tsp) apple juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Bread cubes and fresh vegetables to serve


Recipe



Place the apple juice in a pan, bring to the boil, gradually add the cheese, stirring all the time, allowing the cheese to melt slowly.

Add the cornflour, mix to thicken.

Serve with cubes of bread and an assortment of fresh vegetables. Also delicious served cold.
