List of Ingredients
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
1 teaspoon balsamic vinager
Black pepper to season
Handful chopped corianderRecipe
Chop the cherry tomatoes into quarters and finely slice the red onion.
Add the balsamic vinager and season with black pepper.
Chill for an hour in the fridge and allow the flavours to develop.
Just before serving add a handful of chopped coriander.
