45g unsalted butter
2tsbn water
55g caster sugar
120g icing sugar
2tsbn cocoaRecipe
Combine butter, water and caster sugar in a saucepan, stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar has dissolved.
Sift icing sugar and cocoa into a heatproof bowl.
Gradually stir in hot butter mixture.
Cover and refridgerate until thick.
Beat with a wooden spoon until soft and spreadable.
