    List of Ingredients




    240g icing sugar
    1tsp butter
    2tbsn milk (approx)

    For chocolate - Add 2 or 3 tbsn cocoa to icing sugar when sifting.
    For coffee - Add 3 tsp coffee powder when sifting.
    For lemon or orange - Substitute milk for juice. 1 tsp rind can be added if wanted.
    For maple syrup - Substitute milk for syrup.

    Sift icing sugar into a small heatproof bowl.
    Stir in butter and enough milk to give a firm paste.
    Stir opver hot water until icing is spreadable. DO NOT OVERHEAT.
    Spread over cold cake immediatly.
