    90g dark chocolate, chopped
    1tspn veg oil
    60ml water
    320g approx icing sugar

    Recipe



    Combine chocolate, oil and water in a medium saucepan.
    Stir over a low heat until chocolate melts.
    Gradually beat in icing sugar to give a smooth, spreadable consistancy.
