Potato Scones

185g self raising flour
40g polenta
60g chopped butter
1tbsn chopped fresh basil
30g strong cheddar
185g mashed potato
60ml milk approxRecipe
Combine flour and polenta.
Rub in butter.
Stir in basil, cheese, potato and enough milk to mix to a soft dough.
Knead until smooth and pess to 1.5cm thick.
Cut into 4cm rounds and fry until golden.
