Orange and Caramel Sauce

List of Ingredients
50g/2oz butter
25g/1oz soft brown sugar
12g/½oz white sugar
30ml/1fl oz lemon juice
120ml/4fl oz orange juice
¼ lemon rind
¼ orange rind
1½ tsp corn flour
3 tsp water
2 tbsp Grand MarnierRecipe
1. Peel lemon and cut the rinds into julienne strips.
2. Peel orange and cut the rinds into julienne strips.
3. Squeeze juice from the lemon and the orange.
4. Mix corn flour with water to make a paste.
To make the sauce:
1. Melt butter in a saucepan, add the brown and white sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add lemon and orange strips and their juice and bring to the boil.
3. Stir in blended corn flour and water, continue stirring until mixture boils and thickens.
4. Stir in Grand Marnier.
