    List of Ingredients

    85g unsalted butter
    60g demerera sugar
    100g syrup
    60ml double cream

    Recipe

    Pour all ingridents into a saucepan and heat gently unril sugar disolves.
    Boil for 3 mins and serve immediatly or let cool and store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 1 week. Makes 250ml
