Sausage and Spuds in Spicy Tomato Sauce

List of Ingredients
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• 1 onion peeled and chopped
• 400g pork sausages, snipped into chunk with scissors
• 1 tsp smoked hot paprika
• 500ml tomato passatta
• 800g baking potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
• 2 tsp onion gravy or vegetable stock (or a vegetable stock cube)
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• few sage leaves chopped
• 150ml water
• 2 red piquillo peppers, cut into chunks
• Approx 200g savoy cabbage, shreddedRecipe
• Pre-heat the oven to 180ËšC/ Gas mark 4
• Heat someof the oil in an oven proof casserole and brown off the sausages. Once browned, remove, add the remaining oil and fry the onion and the peppers until softened.
• Add the remaining ingredients, the sausages and 150ml boiling water and bring to the boil.
• Cover and simmer or place in the oven for 20-30 min until potatoes have softened.
• Once cooked add the cabbage and let the heat wilt it. Serve and enjoy.
