List of Ingredients
5 T butter
1 leek, cleaned well, white part only
6 c chicken broth
2 lb sliced carrots
2 large potatoes, cut into 1"pieces - I use more
Recipe
Saute leek in butter. Set aside.
Cook, carrots and potato in broth about 45 min till soft.
Process everything, in batches, in food processor or blender, adding small pinch of curry to each batch.
Serve warm.
