Balsamic Glazed Peppers

List of Ingredients
• olive oil
• 2 red peppers, sliced
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
• Heat the olive oil in a wok.
• Add the peppers, chilli flakes and garlic and fry to a few minutes.
• When the peppers are just cooked add the balsamic and simmer on a high heat until the balsamic reduces to a glaze.
• Season with salt and pepper.
