I have been a retail meatcutter or resteraunt and institutional cook,(corporate, college, and Army....not the nut house!)for the past 23 years. I just want to take this oppurtunity to share some of the recipe's I have created, borrowed and adapted, or just found and use with people out there that share the same love for food that I have. Some of my recipes will not have specific amounts, cooking times, or methods due to your personal preferences, I figure if you have found this page you already have enough knowledge of cooking to fill in the minor details.
