    The BEST waffle recipe I have come across. I make double batches and freeze to use at a later date. They reheat great at 375 degrees. My kids go nuts for these!

    List of Ingredients




    Single batch
    1 cup Cake flour( sift BEFORE Measuring)
    1 1/3 teaspoons double acting baking powder
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1teaspoon baking soda
    3 eggs seperated
    2 cups sour cream

    Recipe



    Resift flour with baking powder, salt, sugar, soda. In a seperate bowl beat yolks untill light then mix in sour cream then combine dry ingredients. In another bowl beat until stiff but NOT dry, the egg whites then fold into mix.
    Cook in your waffle iron with the measurments according to the size of your waffle iron instuctions. I like to top the waffles with fresh homemade whip cream, strawberries and bluberries. Be creative with your toppings and enjoy.
