    I learned this recipe from my dad at a very young age. Every Sunday it was spaghetti day and my father would my a kitchen sauce like this,I have added my own methods and amounts of spices and meats to flavor the sauce. If you follow the methedoligy, you can customize this sauce to your own tastes.

    List of Ingredients




    olive oil
    2 to 3 medium onions, finely chopped
    3 tablespoons fresh oregano coarse chopped
    2 tablespoons fresh basil coarse chopped
    4 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
    4 cans (29 ounces) tomato puree or 2 cans puree, 2 cans crushed tomatos (I prefer my sauce smooth)
    3 tablespoons fresh garlic finely chopped
