Meatballs - Hawaiian (IP or Crockpot)

List of Ingredients
1 bag frozen meatballs
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained, reserve juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 cup chopped green pepperRecipe
SAUCE:
First, for both cooking methods, mix cornstarch and sugar in a pot.
Stir in pineapple syrup, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth.
Cook, stirring constantly at boil 1 min. until thick.
INSTANT POT:
Combine all ingredients including sauce in Instant Pot.
Seal the pressure valve to seal.
Set on 'Manual' for 5 minutes.
When done, use the quick release.

CROCKPOT:
Put meatballs into crockpot.
Add sauce, pineapple and bell pepper and mix.
Cover and put on LOW 3-4 hours.
Turn down to low while serving.
Serve hot with toothpicks.
