    Homemade Caramel (for Cinnamon Rolls)

    So perfect to use with cinnamon rolls!

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup (1 stick) butter
    2 cup light brown sugar
    2/3 cup heavy cream

    Recipe

    Melt butter in a saucepan.
    Add brown sugar and heavy cream and whisk constantly over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Bring to a boil and allow to boil for 3 minutes, no more.
    Remove from heat and allow to cool.
    Store in refrigerator.

    Makes 3 2/3 cups
