List of Ingredients
2 cup mashed potatoes *made with butter and milk, (leftover is fine)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cup flour
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
canola oilRecipe
Mix flour, baking powder and salt together in small bowl.
Add egg into mashed potatoes, mix well.
Add flour mixture, mix well.
Roll on floured board (thin like a tortilla).
Fry in oil both sides until lightly browned.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot!
