    List of Ingredients




    Casings for 5 lbs. of sausage
    5 lbs. ground pork shoulder
    1 tsp. pepper
    2-3 tbsp. Hungarian paprika
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup water
    4 tbsp. liquid smoke

    Recipe



    Mix together water and liquid smoke.
    Add all ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
    Fill casings with sausage mixture.
    Let stand in pan several hours before wrapping to let excess water drain away.
