Pork Spare Ribs

List of Ingredients
1 slab Pork spare ribs
Garlic salt, be generous
Pepper, be generous
1 bottle favorite BBQ sauceRecipe
Cut ribs to about hand-size portions.
Wash in water and pat dry.
Place on 2 foil, well lined 9x13 pans.
Sprinkle both sides with garlic salt and pepper.
Add about ½” of water to bottom of pans.
Cover each pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 325 for 3 - 4 hrs. (covered tightly with foil).
When done, remove ribs and foil.
Replace foil with new and set ribs on top.
Set oven to broil.
Brush with sauce and broil to caramelize about 5 mins. on each side.
