Tastes like chicken tamales but much easier and faster!
List of Ingredients
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. sour cream
12 oz. salsa
6-8 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded or 1/2 bag rotisserie chicken, cooked, (Costco)
1 1/2 doz. corn tortillas, torn into quarters
2 cups grated cheese

CROCKPOT INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook chicken and shred.
Heat sauce in saucepan until hot.
Cut or tear tortillas into quarters.
Spray “Pam” into crockpot.
Layer tortillas, chicken, and sauce.
Repeat.
Cook on low 4 -5 hours or high 2 - 3 hours.
**Add grated cheese last 15 mins.

INSTANT POT DIRECTIONS:
*Same ingredients + 1 cup water and crushed tortilla chips
Spray Instant Pot with coconut oil.
In bowl, mix together soups, sour cream, salsa, chicken and torn up corn tortillas.
Add all to Instant Pot.
Pour 1 cup water or broth over top.
Cover, seal and set on ‘Manuel” for 9 mins.
Quick release when time is complete and mix.
Add cheese on top and cover to melt.
*Set on saute for 2-3 mins if necessary to melt cheese.
Serve with crumbled tortilla chips and mix.
