    List of Ingredients




    1 16 oz pkgs. dried 15-bean soup mix, (sorted and rinsed)
    1 1/2 lbs. kielbasa sausage, (cut into 1/4“ slices)
    1 pkt. dry onion soup mix
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
    3 med. stalks celery, (cut into 1/4“ slices)
    1 large onion, , chopped
    2 cloves garlic, , finely chopped
    7 cups water
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    1/2 tsp. sea salt, , add just before serving
    1/2 tbsp. season salt, , add just before serving
    2 bay leaves, *disgard before serving

    Recipe



    INSTANT POT:

    Place all ingredients the pot.
    Set it to “Soup” and set timer for 35 minutes.
    When it’s done, allow the natural pressure to go down. This will add about 15 more minutes to your total time.
    When you’re ready to serve, take out bay leaves.

    CROCKPOT:

    Approx. cooking time: 7 hrs.

    Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in crock pot.
    * (Liquid should cover 1“-2”)
    Cover and cook on HIGH 3 hrs., or until beans are tender.
    Next, add tomatoes, cayenne and black pepper.
    Decrease to LOW; cook 3-4 more hours.

    *Freezes well.
