Vidalia Onions on the Grill (or oven)

Hernandez family favorite! Double, triple, or....!
List of Ingredients
1 Vidalia onion or sweet onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 beef bouillon cube
1 ice cubes
Bacon! (optional)Recipe
Peel brown outer layers from onion.
Cut a cone-shaped core from top of onion, about 2/3 into onion.
Core should be about 1 ½” wide at the top.
Insert bouillon cube into hollowed-out space, followed by an ice cube.
Top ice cube with 1 tbsp. butter.
Wrap the filled onion in 2 sheets of aluminum foil.
Repeat with rest of the onions and filling ingredients.
Place directly on grill for 1 hr. (or longer to caramelize even more)!
*Try wrapping in bacon before cooking! Yum!
In Oven: Bake at 400 degrees until soft; about 1 hour.
In Microwave: Add bit of water to dish, cover and cook 4-5 mins.
