Artichoke or CrabMeat Dip
Imitation crab meat can be used instead of artichoke hearts.
1 lg (14oz) can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
dash garlic powder (more if desired)
Chop artichokes; mix all remaining ingredients. Combine in casserole (buttered or spray with cooking spray) and bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
