    Quick Devil's Food Cake

    3 cups minus 4 tablespoons flour
    2 cups sugar
    6 tablespoons cocoa
    2/3 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 teaspoons vanilla


    2 cups cold water
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Pour into
    9-by-13-inch pan or two layer pans. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350
    degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Serves 10
