Blueberry Crumble
4 and a half cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, at room temp.
Oven should be preheated to 350 degrees. Combine the blueberries, sugar and lemon juice. Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish and pour in blueberry mixture. Combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter with two forks or a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over berries and bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
