Ice Cream Pie
Serves 8
Fill a 9 inch pie pan with a graham cracker crust and bake 5 minutes.
To make the filling:
Melt 1 quart vanilla ice cream and stir into a frozen 6 ounce can of lemonade.
Pour into prepared pie pan and put into freezer while preparing the glaze.
To make the glaze:
1/3 cup orange marmalade
2 or 3 tablespoons lemon juice
