    Grilled Salmon

    Instructions


    1. Cut a 4 to 5 lb. salmon filet into 2 to 3 inch sections.
    2. Marinate in a 9 x 13 in. pyrex pan with:
      - - soy sauce
      - - vinegar
      - - sugar
    3. Place fish on disposable aluminum pans covered with foil.


    4. Smoke on warming rack of grill above chicken, burgers.etc. Remove as soon as fish flakes with a fork.
