    Beer Burgers

    Beer Cheeseburgers

    3 lbs. ground chuck
    1/4 cup dark beer
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 bag shredded cheddar cheese (or shred your own)

    Combine ground chuck, beer, garlic, salt and red pepper. Form 16 3 oz
    patties. Place 2 tbs. of shredded cheese in center of 8 patties. Top each
    with another patty and pinch edges together tightly to seal. Grill them up
    and enjoy! Makes 8 burgers.

    Each burger: 429 cal., 31 g fat, 34 g protein, 1 g carb.
