Crockpot Mexican Minestrone

List of Ingredients
2 15-oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained
2 14-oz. cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1-1/2 cups water
12-oz. can corn, drained
2 red potatoes, cubed
1 cup salsa
Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart crockpot. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours until vegetables are tender. 8-10 servings
