List of Ingredients
4 cups of carrots, sliced
2 cups of onion, chopped in large chunks
1 (16 oz.) can of jalepeno peppers, sliced and with the juice from the can
4 ounces of white vinegar
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon of salt
11/2 teaspoon oregeno leaf
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 24 hours.
Stir well before serving.
