Spicy Black Bean Dip

1 can (16 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained
1/2 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, divided
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 cup shredded carrot
WHEAT THINS Snack Crackers
PLACE beans, 1/4 cup of the salsa, garlic and cumin in blender or food processor container; cover. Blend until smooth.
STIR in remaining 1/4 cup salsa and carrot. Spoon into serving bowl. Cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with crackers.
