1- 10 oz bag fritos
1 cup sugar
1 cup white Karo syrup
1 cup smooth peanut butter.
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam, spread Fritos on it. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and syrup; bring to a boil. Take off fire, immediately stir in peanut butter til smooth. pour over chips and toss to coat evenly, cool and break into pieces.
This only keeps for a day or two, the fritos won't be crunchy anymore, which behooves your family or friends to help snarf it down.
I have also used this for Rice Krispie treats, even with cornflakes in a pinch. both worked well.
