Microwave Fudge




List of Ingredients



• 1lb confectioners sugar
  
• 1/2 cup cocoa
  
• 1/4 cup milk
  
• 1/2 cup butter
  
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  






Instructions



1. Blend sugar and cocoa in a 8x8 casserole dish. Top with butter. Do not stir! Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir well. Add vanilla and nuts, stir well. Refrigerate until set. Freezes well. May be mixed in seperate bowl and transfered to a buttered pan.
