Beef Taco Bake




List of Ingredients



• 1 pound ground beef
  
• 1 can tomatoe soup
  
• 1 cup salsa
  
• 1/2 cup milk
  
• 8 corn tortillas cut in 1 inch pieces
  
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
  






Instructions



1. Brown ground beef and pour off fat. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half of cheese.
   
2. Spoon into 2qt shallow baking dish. Cover and cook 30 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake casserole for a few more minutes until cheese is melted.
   






Final Comments


I have prepared this in the microwave and it turned out great. I have also substituted broken tortilla chips or taco shells in place of the tortillas.
