    No-Bake Zebra Cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 12 low fat chocolate graham crackers
    • 3/4 cup low fat cream cheese
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1t vanilla extract
    • 2T low fat milk


    Instructions


    1. Soften cream cheese and mash with powdered sugar. Add vanilla and milk and mix until completely smooth. Frost 2 graham cracker rectangles. Place them next to each other with edges touching the cake platter. Frost 2 more crackers and cross them over the first two on platter. Repeat, turning each layer until all crackers are used. Once crackers are stacked and frosted, frost the top and sides of cake. Cover platter and chill at least 6 hours or overnight. While chilling in the refrigerator the crackers absorb moisture from the frosting and become like cake.
