    1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
    shredded cheese, chopped ham
    scrambled eggs


    Roll out crescent rolls. Mix together above ingredients. Place a tablespoon full in each crescent roll. Roll up and bake as usual. Use an egg white glaze on top to keep them crispy.
