Chicken Cheddar Bake

List of Ingredients
CHICKEN CHEDDAR BAKE
6 oz cooked noodles (I have used macaroni, spirals, egg noodles & lg shell macaroni)
1 1/2 cup cooked diced chicken or turkey (approx 2 lg chic breasts)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz sliced mushrooms (drained)
1 - 10oz can cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Mi x all ingredients - except bread crumbs.
Pour mixture into a 2qt casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Wrap in foil and place in a 2 gallon freezer bag and freeze - OR - Pour into a gallon freezer bag and place bread crumbs in a small freezer bag and freeze together.
If frozen in casserole dish: Thaw completely
If frozen in freezer bags: Thaw completely, place in casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until firm at center.
**If frozen in the casserole dish you can bake it without thawing first...put casserole into oven before preheating and bake at 400º for 1 1/2 hours or until firm at centerRecipe
