1 lb ground hamburger
1 package taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1 can enchilada sauce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sliced Black Olives
Brown hamburger in skillet, drain off grease, add taco seasoning and cooked until sauce is reduced. Warm flour tortillas (it makes folding easier). Fill tortilla with equal parts hamburger and refried beans, fold burrito style.
To freeze: freeze entire burrito in bags (seperate with wax paper, or wrap each burrito individually in first saran wrap and then foil), freeze shredded cheese in bag.
Keep in pantry: canned sauce and black olives, or freeze sauce in one serving size portions and place with burritos and cheese.
To serve: warm burrito in one minute increments in microwave until warm. I usually smother them in enchildia sauce as well before microwaving. This keeps the tortilla from getting dried out. Or wrap buritto in slightly moistening paper towel. Cover with sauce if you haven't already done so, top with shredded cheese, and as many sliced black olives as you like. (I like more than the three they used to put on).
